Unofficial DPD Statement Fuels MetroCon Tension

As the death toll from what’s been dubbed the ‘Civic Shooter’ continues to rise, many citizens are concerned regarding the handling of the investigation. MetroCon have insisted they are doing all in their power. However, an unofficial source from the Dystopia Police Department (DPD), begged to differ.
“MetroCon haven’t the technical expertise or resources to conduct a manhunt of this scale. Ever since our organisation won the contracts for the major crime investigations MetroCon have been losing their top personnel to DPD and also several major sponsorship deals have been switched over, reducing MetroCon’s available funds. If it wasn’t for their civic building exclusive clause in their jurisdiction, DPD would already have this case.”
